Information We Collect

When you use our forms (estimate requests, contact, careers, or online payments), we collect the information you provide — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, project details, and invoice or account number.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Square on Square’s secure checkout. Your card and bank details are entered directly with Square and are never stored on our website or servers.

Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect standard usage data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. You can limit tracking through your browser settings or ad preferences with Google and Meta.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to estimate and contact requests and schedule work
• To process and apply payments to the correct account
• To consider employment applications
• To improve our website and advertising

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as Square (payments), Google (analytics), and Meta (advertising) — or when required by law.
